To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in their original condition, meaning they must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks.

• In the event of an incorrect delivery address or an unclaimed parcel, the customer will be responsible for covering the postage charge for reshipment once the package is returned to us.
